How to order
Step 1: Shopping Cart
Click on a category of choice from the top selection bar. Click on a thumbnail of choice for larger and/or alternative views. Use your mouse to hover around the picture to view larger or simply click the image to view full picture.
Select the colour, size and quantity and then click on "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping by clicking on another category or thumbnail. If you have decided on your purchase, you can proceed to check out by clicking on "Proceed to check out" which can be found on the top right hand corner of the window.
Step 2: Contact Info
You will be asked to "Join" us as our registered shopper, do provide us your contact and relevant information required. If you are a registered shopper, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account.
Step 3: Order confirmation
Review the list of items that you have selected to purchase on the right side of window and click "Place Order" to complete and submit your order. Please note that at the items have not been reserved for you at this juncture until you click to confirm the purchase. If you need to make any amendments to the list of items, you can click "Change" found on right side of the window to make amendments. Then click "Continue" until Order Review.
Step 4: Finished shopping
An on-screen receipt will be generated together with your order number. You will need the order number to confirm payment and to check your order status. For internet banking users, you will need to submit your transaction reference, IB nick, transaction date and time and remember to click "Submit". In addition, a payment advice will be sent to your email address.
Should you not receive the payment advice, please click on "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders placed. For registered users, you can also view your order status by logging in with your email address and password and then click on "Order Summary".
The item(s) will be held for 24 HOURS from the time the payment advice is sent. If payment is not made within the 24 hours period, the item(s) will be released to the next pending customer without prior notice. Shimmer Chic will strictly follow the chronological order of the pending list and release the item accordingly.
Shimmer Chic accepts the following payment options:
1. Internet Banking (UOB)
*Other payment options such as, but not limited to, PayPal or interbank transfers (international), will only be accepted upon approval. In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.
Payment verification will take up to 3 working days. Once payment has been verified, the status will be updated on Shimmer Chic. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is processed.
Modify or Cancel Order
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.
